With her experience of over 35 years cooking and my experience of exploring an International cuisine thus food court business. I am happy to share the most selected Indonesian family favorite cuisine at Bakso dan soto UMMI - Food court 2nd floor SF 18 Depok Town Square Depok Indonesia. Bakso dan Soto Ummi is dedicated specially to our UMMI who been raised up successfully.
About our Ummi, her name is Hjh Iyoh bt Hj Adas, born in Java island at Bogor on 31 January 1948. A single mother who raised up until now. Actived and busy with community as women coordinator at Masjid Akmaliyah- Bumi Sawangan Indah housing complex. Care of managing masjid activities,majlis ta'lim,care to orphan and as a production manager of bakso dan soto Ummi which is now is her in charged on productivity of the oulet. Sholawat is part her activity when producing and making bumbu of bakso,soto and more, I like to sholawat when making something I feel more faster done, She said. with sholawat i also not feel lonenly.
That is why we always feel blessing when we have our UMMI meals.
